After trying to expand and grow Loveluck for the last 4 years, ARKK Enterprises Pvt Ltd. the company that operated under the brand name of Loveluck, is shutting down operations due to viability issues. As most of you might know, Loveluck was a well known traditional condiments business catering to a niche segment of customers for over 65 years and was operating out of its outlet on Sampige Road, Malleshwaram, Bangalore.

Post covid, A new private limited company was created by extended members from the third generation of the family that owned Loveluck. An attempt to modernise and expand the brand was made. Accordingly, the brand name Loveluck was licensed from the original family who was running Lolveuck for over 50 years and an agreement was made to operate the business under the brand. But after about 4 years of infusing funds and investing on a modern kitchen, refreshing the brand, redesiging packaging, investing in advertising, opening a modern outlet and exploring various business models, it did not turn out to be profitable as envisaged. Hence ARKK Enterprises Pvt Ltd is winding up the line of business that was being operated under the brand name Loveluck. The brand Loveluck now continues to be held by the members of family that owned and operated the business.

While we wish we scaled the heights we aimed for, we are certain the brand will remain in your memories and will enjoy your patronage in case the family decides to bring the brand back in operations in the future.
